Job Description

The Tire Mold Tester is responsible for inspecting and evaluating tire molds to ensure they meet quality standards. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to identify any defects or abnormalities in the molds.

Responsibilities

• Inspect tire molds meticulously, looking for signs of wear and tear.
• Prepare detailed reports on mold quality findings.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team for mold repairs.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Understand and apply quality control standards in mold evaluation.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of inspection tools.
• Assist with customer quality complaints related to tire molds.

Requirements

Education

• Technical certification in quality control or manufacturing

Experience

• Previous experience in the tire manufacturing industry is advantageous
