Responsibilities

• Manage telecom projects from conception through execution to delivery.
• Work on capacity planning for network expansion and improvements.
• Implement security measures to protect network data and integrity.
• Engage in vendor management and coordinate with third-party service providers.
• Develop network policies and procedures to streamline operations.
• Utilise network management tools to analyse and report on performance metrics.
• Conduct root-cause analysis on repeated outages or performance issues.
• Assist in budget planning related to telecom infrastructure.
• Mentor and support new team members in technical areas.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in networking or telecommunications
