UX Designer

Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic UX Designer to join our team in Leeds. The successful candidate will focus on enhancing user experience through thoughtful design and practical solutions. You will collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers to create engaging interfaces that delight users.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops to gather input from stakeholders on design objectives.
• Create user personas and scenarios to inform design direction.
• Develop engaging, effective user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot design issues.
• Deliver presentations on design concepts to stakeholders and team members.
• Participate in peer reviews to maintain high standards of design quality.
• Explore and recommend new design tools and methodologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field
• Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of UX design experience, portfolio required

Certifications
