Responsibilities

• Create and update transport schedules in real-time based on demand.
• Work closely with logistics and operations to align transport needs.
• Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and develop solutions.
• Foster strong relationships with clients to understand their transport needs.
• Train and onboard new scheduling staff as necessary.
• Review transport performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Logistics or Business Administration
• Additional certifications in transport operations preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in a transportation role

Technical Skills

• Transport Logistics Software
• Route Optimisation Techniques

• Negotiation Skills

Certifications

• Transport Manager CPC
• Safety Management Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent
