Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Dance Instructor to join our team. As a Dance Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching various dance styles to individuals or groups, maintaining a positive and inspiring learning environment, and assisting in choreographing routines for performances and competitions.

Responsibilities

  • Navigate the ferry safely in compliance with all maritime laws and guidelines.
  • Oversee vehicle loading and unloading procedures, ensuring efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with various stakeholders including port authorities and crew.
  • Conduct safety inspections and equipment checks regularly.
  • Make decisions during emergencies in line with established protocols.
  • Lead the crew and foster a safety-first culture.
  • Ensure records of all operations are meticulously maintained.
  • Stay updated on maritime regulations and best practices.
  • Engage with passengers to enhance their travel experience.
  • Train new crew members on operational and safety protocols.

Requirements

Education
  • Valid maritime certification as a Captain or Officer
  • STCW qualifications preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in maritime operations, including as a Captain on a ferry.
