Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Site Reliability Engineer to join our growing team in Manchester. The ideal candidate should have a robust background in maintaining high-availability systems, automating deployment processes, and ensuring optimal application performance. You will work across various teams to implement best practices in reliability and performance, providing support for our cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build and maintain reliable cloud infrastructure.
  • Implement monitoring and alerting systems for application performance.
  • Participate in on-call rotation and incident response handling.
  • Work closely with development teams to improve system performance and reduce downtime.
  • Automate and streamline operations and processes.
  • Conduct regular system tests and performance reviews.
  • Create and maintain documentation for operational procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 4+ years in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or related fields
