Responsibilities

• Perform installations of telecommunications systems including fibre optic and VoIP solutions.
• Regularly test and inspect telecommunications lines and equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
• Resolve customer complaints and queries effectively and efficiently.
• Work closely with project teams to ensure timely execution of tasks.
• Maintain an inventory of tools and equipment necessary for telecommunications works.

Requirements

Education

• HND or equivalent in Telecommunications or Electrical Engineering
• Bachelor's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in telecommunications or related field
