Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our talented team in Bristol. In this role, you will engage with large data sets, analyse trends, and provide actionable insights that influence key business decisions. Your expertise in data manipulation and statistical analysis will be crucial as you collaborate with various departments, helping them leverage their data more effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Lead data analysis projects from conception through to completion.
  • Work closely with IT to ensure data infrastructure is adequate.
  • Translate complex findings into clear actionable recommendations.
  • Participate in strategic planning by providing relevant data insights.
  • Support ad-hoc analysis requests from senior management.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve data collection and reporting processes.
  • Oversee data governance practices to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in data-driven decision making
