Printing Press Operator

Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled Printing Press Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have experience with various printing technologies, ensuring efficient production processes and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operation of printing machinery to produce high-quality prints.
• Evaluate production processes and implement improvements.
• Ensure that all print jobs are completed on time and according to specifications.
• Manage the inventory of printing supplies and materials.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Analyze production data and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Provide training on machine operations and safety best practices.
• Assist with special projects as directed by management.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Additional qualifications in machinery operation are preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Certification in Lean Manufacturing: Understanding of lean principles and practices in manufacturing settings.
