Job Description

As a Software Tester at Tech Innovations Inc., you will be responsible for ensuring that our software products meet the highest standards of quality. You will work closely with developers and project managers to design and execute test plans, troubleshoot issues, and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze system specifications.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure that testing efforts align with software releases.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts.
• Lead efforts to improve software testing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Create and maintain documentation for testing processes and results.
• Identify process improvement opportunities within the QA process.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Computer Science preferred

Experience

• Experience with automated testing tools is a plus

• Postman
• JIRA

Certifications

• Certified Agile Tester
• Certified Software Tester (CSTE)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with mobile app testing: Understanding of testing mobile applications for functionality and responsiveness.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines: Experience in working with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
