The successful candidate will contribute to drug development projects, working alongside a diverse team of researchers and scientists. You will be responsible for conducting experiments, analysing data, and presenting findings to guide project decisions. Responsibilities

• Lead the development of innovative drug delivery systems.
• Coordinate with manufacturing teams to ensure scale-up feasibility.
• Conduct stability studies and evaluate shelf-life of products.
• Communicate effectively with external partners and collaborators.
• Critically appraise scientific literature to inform project direction.
• Participate in grant writing and proposal submissions.
• Mentor junior scientists and interns in laboratory techniques.
• Contribute to the preparation of scientific publications.

Requirements

Education

• PhD in a related scientific discipline
• Master’s degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical industry
