We are seeking an SEO Specialist to boost our online marketing efforts in Cardiff. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword research, and SEO best practices. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance our website's visibility and organic traffic.

Responsibilities

• Implementing on-page SEO practices to maximise organic search visibility.
• Analysing competitors to identify strengths and weaknesses.
• Conducting A/B testing and experimenting with various SEO techniques.
• Providing recommendations for improving user experience on the website.
• Creating detailed reports on SEO performance and strategic recommendations.
• Participating in strategic planning sessions for online marketing campaigns.
• Assisting in the creation of blogs and other content optimized for search engines.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in SEO and digital marketing

Technical Skills

• SEO Tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush)
• HTML/CSS

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with PPC campaigns: Understanding of Pay-Per-Click strategies and Google Ads.
