Job Description

As a Casino Floor Supervisor, you will oversee the operations of our casino floor, ensuring compliance with all regulations while delivering outstanding customer service. Your leadership will guide a team dedicated to creating a thrilling gaming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the operations on the casino floor, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
  • Monitor guest interactions, providing exceptional service and resolving any issues.
  • Lead a team of dealers and support staff, managing schedules and evaluations.
  • Ensure adherence to responsible gaming practices and age verification policies.
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance staff knowledge and performance.
  • Manage financial transactions and gaming machines accurately.
  • Assist in maintaining gaming equipment and troubleshooting issues.
  • Implement promotional strategies in collaboration with other departments.
  • Compile reports on daily operations and customer feedback.
  • Create a welcoming and secure environment for guests and staff.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Degree in hospitality management or a related field is advantageous
Experience
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in a supervisory capacity within a casino environment.
