Job Description

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic Bristol team. This position focuses on automating and optimising our cloud environments, enhancing deployment processes, and ensuring the reliability of our services. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in CI/CD pipelines, containerisation technologies, and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop automated solutions for continuous integration and deployment.
• Enhance system reliability through proactive monitoring and incident response.
• Work with architects to design scalable and secure cloud solutions.
• Implement containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery testing.
• Train and mentor junior team members on DevOps best practices.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in DevOps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish best practices in development and operations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in DevOps or related fields
