Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapy Supervisor to manage our thriving team in Cheltenham. You will be pivotal in supervising therapy sessions, assessing patient needs, and implementing effective treatment strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and supervise patient assessments and treatments.
  • Lead therapeutic strategies to enhance patient recovery.
  • Participate in research and development of therapy practices.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals for comprehensive care.
  • Provide mentorship to junior therapists and students.
  • Ensure the creation of a safe and effective therapy environment.
  • Monitor adherence to treatment schedules and protocols.
  • Engage with community partners to promote occupational therapy services.
  • Gather and analyse feedback to improve service delivery.
  • Encourage a positive team culture focused on patient outcomes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
  • Postgraduate qualifications in health management is a plus
