Responsibilities

• Perform detailed patient assessments and document findings.
• Formulate and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate and counsel patients on health promotion.

• Contribute to clinical research and practice development.
• Provide support and guidance to patients and their families.

• Assist in departmental administration tasks.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Nursing or related discipline
• Specialization in Family or Acute Care is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of clinical experience required

Certifications

• National Certification Nurse Practitioner (AANP or ANCC)
