Join our team as a Vacuum Caster, where you will be responsible for operating and maintaining vacuum casting equipment to produce high-quality castings. The ideal candidate should possess relevant experience in vacuum casting and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate vacuum casting machines, ensuring optimal operation and safety.
• Conduct routine maintenance on casting equipment to prevent downtime.
• Adjust settings based on material properties and casting requirements.
• Inspect molds for defects and make necessary adjustments.
• Maintain documentation for production processes and adjustments.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production targets and improvements.
• Train junior staff on safe operation of casting machinery.
• Implement efficient procedures to enhance casting quality.
• Monitor material inventory and assist in ordering supplies.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant vocational qualification

Experience

• 3+ years in vacuum casting or similar manufacturing environment.

Technical Skills

• Casting parameters adjustment
• CNC machinery operation
