Job Description

We're looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our passionate team in Glasgow! The successful candidate will ensure that our software products are of the highest quality by performing rigorous testing, identifying issues, and collaborating with developers to remedy them.

Responsibilities

• Implement automated testing processes where applicable.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions with stakeholders.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for software enhancement.
• Stay updated on industry trends in software testing and quality assurance.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior QA team members.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in manual and automated testing

Technical Skills

• Agile Methodologies
• Defect Tracking

Soft Skills

• Critical Thinking

Certifications

• Certified Software Tester (CSTE)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in Performance Testing: Hands-on experience with performance testing tools like JMeter.
