Cybersecurity Consultant

Job Description

We are seeking a Cybersecurity Consultant to strengthen our clients’ security frameworks and advise on best practices. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in cybersecurity management, risk assessment, and compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive cybersecurity plans.
• Conduct threat modelling and analysis for client systems.
• Advise on best practices for data protection and encryption.
• Assist in budgeting and resource allocation for cybersecurity projects.
• Engage in continuous improvement of security processes.
• Provide recommendations for security software and hardware.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and external agencies during security incidents.
• Document all security processes and create reports for clients.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or similar field
• Relevant post-graduate qualifications are a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity roles, particularly in consulting capacities
