Job Description

We are seeking an Environmental Data Technician in Wigan to support our environmental analysis and reporting efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management and environmental science, helping us drive sustainability initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Input and assess environmental data from multiple sources.
  • Develop and improve data management protocols.
  • Carry out data analyses to aid project success.
  • Draft comprehensive reports based on data evaluation.
  • Work alongside teams on various project assessments.
  • Ensure that all data processes meet regulatory standards.
  • Safeguard data quality and accuracy across projects.
  • Support environmental assessments and their evaluations.
  • Engage in field research as needed.
  • Stay updated on developments in environmental data management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Data Science, or relevant field
  • Postgraduate degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 3+ years of data management experience related to environmental science
