Job Description

As a Credit Analyst, you will be responsible for managing the entirety of the credit and collection processes within our organisation. Leveraging your expertise, you will work closely with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate processing of payments and collections.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate customer creditworthiness and identify trends in credit risk.
  • Develop and implement credit policies to mitigate risk.
  • Work closely with the finance team to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding debts.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on credit analysis.
  • Assist in the development of financial models for future projections.
  • Ensure compliance with current credit regulations.
  • Participate in cross-departmental meetings to relay credit updates.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to facilitate timely payments.
  • Conduct training sessions for junior staff members on credit policies.
  • Present findings to upper management regarding credit risk assessments.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Professional accreditation in Credit Management is advantageous
Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in credit management or financial analysis
