Water/Wastewater Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a Water/Wastewater Engineer who will be responsible for designing and overseeing wastewater treatment projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of water treatment processes and relevant regulations, driving sustainability in our projects.

Responsibilities

• Design innovative solutions for water and wastewater challenges.
• Coordinate with clients to define project specifications and needs.
• Implement quality control measures for project deliverables.
• Train clients on operational procedures and best practices.
• Monitor project progress and report on milestones.
• Work within a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Facilitate workshops to discuss project developments.
• Assist in the development of strategic plans for water conservation.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Engage with local communities regarding project updates and feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or similar field
• Master's degree in Water Resources Engineering or related field is advantageous

Experience

• 3-7 years in the water/wastewater sector preferred

• Water treatment technologies

Certifications

• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor

Languages

• English: Fluent
