Responsibilities

• Review, assess, and approve insurance applications in a timely manner.
• Provide risk analysis to inform policy decisions.
• Engage with underwriters across different departments for input.
• Monitor performance metrics for underwriting accuracy and efficiency.
• Advise on policy amendments or additional coverage options.
• Promote a service-oriented approach in all underwriting processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related discipline
• ACII qualification is highly desirable

Experience

• 4-6 years of insurance underwriting experience

• Insurance Industry Knowledge

Certifications

• CII Level 4 Certificate in Insurance
• ACII qualification
