Implementation Specialist

Job Description

As an Implementation Specialist at Tech Innovations Inc., you will be instrumental in managing the implementation of software solutions tailored to our clients' needs. Working closely with clients and cross-functional teams, you'll assess requirements, design solutions, and oversee the successful deployment of these technologies.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their objectives and challenges.
• Create detailed project plans and timelines for implementations.
• Perform quality assurance testing to ensure system effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Support clients in adapting to new software solutions.
• Help build user manuals and support documentation.
• Lead kick-off and wrap-up meetings with clients.
• Coordinate with technical teams to align development with client specs.
• Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements.
• Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives within the implementation team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in software implementation or consulting.

Technical Skills

• Microsoft Office Suite
• Project Management Software (e.g. Asana, Trello)

Soft Skills

• Analytical thinking
• Team collaboration

Certifications

• Agile/Scrum Methodologies Certification (Preferred)
• Google Certification on Cloud Solutions (Preferred)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with CI/CD Pipelines: Understanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment processes.
• Experience with Other CRM/ERP Systems: Familiarity with implementing other CRM or ERP systems in addition to Dynamics 365.
