We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support our students' learning journey in Manchester. The ideal candidate will work closely with teachers and students to create a positive, engaging learning environment, helping with both academic and personal development.

Responsibilities

• Aid teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
• Monitor and assist student behaviour.
• Provide one-on-one support for students when needed.
• Assist in evaluating student performance.
• Incorporate technology in the classroom effectively.
• Help organise school events and activities.
• Facilitate small group discussions.
• Collaborate with teachers to create effective learning plans.

Requirements

Education

• A-levels or equivalent qualifications
• Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable

Experience

• Previous experience in an educational setting is preferred.
