Responsibilities

• Facilitate learning activities under the direction of the teacher.
• Support students in their social and emotional development.
• Assist with the evaluation and assessment of student performance.
• Engage in regular communication with parents regarding student development.
• Contribute to the creation of an enjoyable and productive classroom environment.

Requirements

Education

• Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
• Higher education in Education or Child Development preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a school environment

Technical Skills

• First aid certification
• Educational planning

Soft Skills

• Empathy
• Organisational skills

Certifications

• Emergency First Aid at Work
• Safeguarding Children Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with technology in the classroom: Proficiency in using educational software and hardware for teaching purposes.
• Additional languages spoken: Ability to communicate in foreign languages is a plus.
