Job Description

As a Corporate Learning Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing training programmes designed to enhance employee performance and engagement. You will collaborate with various departments to identify training needs and implement effective learning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of training materials that reflect company values.
• Conduct regular training evaluations to ensure effectiveness.
• Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including venues and materials.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to employees as needed.
• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to promote training initiatives.

• Measure training ROI and report outcomes to management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Training and Development
• Postgraduate qualification is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in employee training and development roles
