Job Description

Seeking a proactive Employee Development Consultant to lead our training strategy in Windsor. The role entails analysing training needs, developing engaging content, and implementing effective training sessions aimed at boosting employee performance and satisfaction. The chosen candidate will work collaboratively with various departments to identify growth opportunities and drive our culture of continuous learning.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct needs analyses to inform the development of training programmes.
  • Design and deliver interactive training sessions that promote employee engagement.
  • Utilise feedback and metrics to assess the impact of training initiatives.
  • Work alongside various teams to ensure alignment of training efforts with business objectives.
  • Generate reports on training outcomes and employee progress.
  • Drive initiatives to promote self-directed learning and development.
  • Assist in the development of e-learning platforms and digital resources.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices in training delivery.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training, or a related field
  • Master's degree in Human Resources Development is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in employee training and development
