Job Description

We are seeking a talented Research Scientist to join our dynamic team in Cambridge. The successful candidate will have a strong background in biological sciences, and will be responsible for conducting innovative research to develop new solutions that aim to tackle pressing global challenges.

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct experiments on biological processes.
• Prepare and present research findings to stakeholders and at conferences.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the laboratory.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance research capabilities.
• Mentor and train new hires on laboratory procedures and protocols.
• Document findings and contribute to the writing of scientific papers.

Requirements

Education

• PhD in a relevant scientific discipline
• Postdoctoral experience is a plus

• 3+ years of progressive research experience
