Language Training Consultant

Job Description

As a Language Training Consultant, you will design and deliver engaging language courses for students of varying ages and abilities. You will work closely with learners to assess their needs and adapt your teaching methods accordingly, ensuring a dynamic and effective learning experience.

Responsibilities

• Design individualised learning plans based on student assessments.
• Facilitate both in-person and online language training sessions.
• Utilise a range of teaching methods, including group work and multimedia.
• Track and analyse student performance data to inform teaching.
• Develop rapport with students and encourage participation.
• Help students set and achieve personal learning goals.
• Work collaboratively with educational stakeholders.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives to promote language education.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Education, Linguistics, or related field is preferred
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is advantageous

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in language teaching or education
