Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Training and Development Manager to lead our learning initiatives in Bristol. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying training needs, creating tailored programmes, and enhancing employee performance through effective training solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Identify training and development needs through regular consultation with teams.
  • Design engaging learning experiences to enhance employee skills.
  • Monitor and assess training delivery, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Support the foster of a culture of continuous learning within the organisation.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to align training initiatives with business objectives.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to employees as required.
  • Utilise e-learning tools and platforms to enhance training delivery.
  • Create training materials and documentation for various training programs.
  • Organize and facilitate onboarding for new employees.
  • Participate in industry events and networks to enhance professional expertise.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in training and development roles
