We are seeking an enthusiastic Employee Training Specialist to develop, implement, and coordinate training programs that enhance employee skills and capabilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in instructional design and be committed to fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Develop training needs analysis to inform program design.
• Evaluate training technologies to ensure innovative approaches to learning.
• Coordinate with external trainers and consultants as needed.
• Assist in budget management for training programs.
• Monitor training trends and best practices to continuously improve content.
• Encourage feedback from participants to enhance future training sessions.
• Provide ongoing support and resources to employees post-training.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline
• Master's degree in HR or Training is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on training experience

Technical Skills

• Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Data Analysis

Soft Skills

• Interpersonal Skills
• Creativity

Certifications

• L&D Certification from a recognized institute
• First Aid Training Certification is a bonus

Languages

• English: Fluent
