Responsibilities

• Create innovative lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
• Deliver engaging lectures and hands-on laboratory experiences to enhance student learning.
• Monitor and encourage student performance through formative assessments and feedback.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve student retention and engagement.
• Collaborate with colleagues to design and participate in educational initiatives.
• Attend workshops and training to continuously enhance instructional skills.
• Encourage a respectful and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued.
• Conduct research in Biological Sciences to contribute to the academic community.

Requirements

Education

• Postgraduate degree in Biological Sciences or related field

Experience

• Experience in teaching at the tertiary level is preferred.
