Job Description

As a Special Education Teacher Assistant, you'll support the teaching staff in delivering tailored education and care for students with special needs. This role is perfect for a compassionate individual with strong communication skills who thrives in collaborative environments.

Responsibilities

  • Help maintain an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
  • Assist in the assessment and evaluation of student needs and achievements.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to teachers on student progress.
  • Attend training sessions and staff meetings to continually improve support strategies.
  • Foster relationships with students to promote their emotional well-being and confidence.

Requirements

Education
  • Qualification in special education or child development is ideal
  • Bachelor's degree is a plus
Experience
  • No prior experience required, though experience is advantageous

Languages
  • English: Fluent
