Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Pastry Chef Trainer to lead our pastry arts programme. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and expertise in various pastry techniques, including baking, decorating, and presentation.
Responsibilities
Create innovative pastry recipes and teach them to students.
Supervise kitchen operations during training sessions.
Organize workshops and events to showcase student talents.
Evaluate student presentations and provide insightful critiques.
Build strong relationships with students to support their culinary journeys.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or similar
Master's degree in Culinary Education is a plus
Experience
7+ years of pastry experience, with at least 3 years in a teaching role
