Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Pastry Chef Trainer to lead our pastry arts programme. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and expertise in various pastry techniques, including baking, decorating, and presentation.

Responsibilities

  • Create innovative pastry recipes and teach them to students.
  • Supervise kitchen operations during training sessions.
  • Organize workshops and events to showcase student talents.
  • Evaluate student presentations and provide insightful critiques.
  • Build strong relationships with students to support their culinary journeys.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or similar
  • Master's degree in Culinary Education is a plus
Experience
  • 7+ years of pastry experience, with at least 3 years in a teaching role
