Join our team as an E-learning Developer. You will design and implement innovative e-learning programmes and digital content that engage learners and enhance their educational journey. Your role will be pivotal in creating seamless online learning experiences that meet the needs of various educational contexts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain online learning materials, ensuring up-to-date content.
• Collect and analyse data on learner performance to refine e-learning approaches.
• Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot platform issues and enhance functionality.
• Manage project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
• Participate in educational strategy meetings to align e-learning initiatives.
• Create documentation and guides for users of the e-learning system.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, or a related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in e-learning development or instructional design

• Articulate Storyline
• Adobe Captivate
• Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Certifications

• Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)
