The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing engaging online learning materials and improving educational delivery methods. Ideal applicants should have a strong understanding of e-learning principles and instructional design.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects in developing cutting-edge e-learning solutions.
• Research and implement emerging trends in online education.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for faculty on digital pedagogy.
• Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into course design.
• Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure adherence.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Digital Learning or Education
• Master's degree in Educational Technology or similar is an asset

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in developing online educational content

Technical Skills

• Content Management Systems (CMS)
• Graphic Design Software

Soft Skills

• Project Management
• Collaboration

Certifications

• eLearning Certificate from a recognised institution

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Prior experience in online course evaluation: Understanding of assessing the quality of online courses through various metrics.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools: Experience in assessing educational data to inform instructional design decisions.
