Job Description

As the Mother Superior, you will lead and manage a vibrant religious community, fostering spiritual growth and providing guidance to members. You'll ensure adherence to the community's values and traditions while promoting a harmonious environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the spiritual formation and development of community members.
• Conduct regular meetings with community members to address concerns and progress.
• Create and implement programs that enhance community engagement and outreach.
• Foster relationships with external stakeholders and religious organizations.
• Encourage personal and communal prayer practices and spiritual retreats.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in theology or a related field
• Ordination as a priest or religious sister

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in religious ministry or community leadership.
