Job Description

As the Training and Development Lead, you will oversee the design and implementation of training programs tailored to enhance employee skills and boost organisational performance. Your role will involve collaborating with various departments to identify training needs and create engaging learning experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Design engaging and innovative training delivery methods.
  • Track and report on training progress and results to senior management.
  • Evaluate and refine training programs based on feedback.
  • Support succession planning through targeted training initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR to integrate training into performance management.
  • Encourage employee participation in training and development activities.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • Master's degree in HR Management is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in developing training strategies and programs
