Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Die Cutting Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating die cutting machines in the printing or packaging industry. You will be responsible for setting up and operating machines to produce high-quality products.

Responsibilities

• Operate die cutting machines efficiently to produce high-quality products
• Conduct regular inspections of machinery to ensure optimal performance
• Work collaboratively with the production team to meet targets
• Implement quality control processes and report any discrepancies
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace according to health and safety protocols
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements
• Assist in training new operators on machine operations
• Record production metrics accurately and timely
• Perform troubleshooting on die cutting equipment as needed
• Stay informed about new technologies and methods in die cutting

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Relevant vocational training or certification in die cutting operations

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating die cutting machines in the printing or packaging industry.
