Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Training and Development Specialist, where your role will be pivotal in creating training and outreach programmes for older workers. You will work closely with HR to drive initiatives that promote diversity and inclusivity in our hiring processes.

Responsibilities

  • Design strategies to support older employees in their career progression.
  • Work directly with older jobseekers to identify skills gaps and career paths.
  • Create informative resources aimed at both employers and potential employees regarding the advantages of an inclusive workplace.
  • Facilitate training needs assessments and align them with organisational goals.
  • Monitor the impact of programs on employee retention and satisfaction.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Human Resources, Community Development, or equivalent
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, specifically in training and inclusivity initiatives.
Technical Skills
  • Coaching and mentoring
Soft Skills
  • Strong organisational skills
Certifications
  • Certified Trainer from a recognised body
Languages
  • English: Fluent
