Children\'s Director

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Children's Director to oversee and lead all aspects of our children's programs. In this role, you will ensure a safe and engaging environment for children to grow spiritually and emotionally.

Responsibilities

• Create a vibrant and engaging environment that nurtures children's spiritual growth.
• Oversee the scheduling and coordination of all children's events.
• Develop strategies to promote family involvement in children's programs.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of children's programs and make improvements.
• Lead regular training sessions for volunteers to ensure high-quality program delivery.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's in a relevant field
• Master's degree or additional qualifications in Child Psychology or Education preferred

Experience

• Demonstrated experience in program development and coordination

Languages

• English: Fluent
