Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Children's Director to oversee and lead all aspects of our children's programs. In this role, you will ensure a safe and engaging environment for children to grow spiritually and emotionally.
Responsibilities
Create a vibrant and engaging environment that nurtures children's spiritual growth.
Oversee the scheduling and coordination of all children's events.
Develop strategies to promote family involvement in children's programs.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of children's programs and make improvements.
Lead regular training sessions for volunteers to ensure high-quality program delivery.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's in a relevant field
Master's degree or additional qualifications in Child Psychology or Education preferred

Demonstrated experience in program development and coordination
