Job Description

As a Dental Lab Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dental laboratory. Your role will involve managing staff, ensuring the quality of dental products, and maintaining compliance with health regulations. You will serve as a key liaison between dental practitioners and our lab team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the dental lab team to ensure high-quality output.
• Implement effective quality assurance processes.
• Liaise with dental practices to provide updates and resolve issues.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.
• Stay updated on the latest technologies and techniques in dental lab services.
• Ensure lab equipment is maintained and in good working order.
• Participate in strategic planning and budgeting for the lab.
• Facilitate communication between practitioners and lab technicians.
• Develop protocols for handling dental materials and waste.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Dental Technology or equivalent
• Additional certifications in dental management are a plus

Experience

• 5+ years in a leadership role within a dental lab
