Job Description

We are currently seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Sheffield. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and improving mechanical systems and components. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality and functionality of our products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engineering solutions.
• Participate in design reviews and provide feedback.
• Manage engineering projects from concept to completion.
• Evaluate existing mechanical systems for upgrades.
• Collaborate on multidisciplinary team projects.
• Assist in the development of testing protocols.
• Prepare specifications for materials and equipment.
• Mentor interns and new team members.
• Engage in continuous professional development.
• Ensure the integrity and reliability of engineering outputs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Master's degree in Engineering Management is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering

• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor

Languages

• English: Fluent
