Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Orthopedic Surgeon to join our dedicated medical team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performing complex surgical procedures and a commitment to providing excellent patient care.
Responsibilities
Lead surgical interventions and provide follow-up care.
Assess and treat musculoskeletal disorders and injuries.
Convene case discussions with interdisciplinary teams for optimal treatment plans.
Document all surgical procedures and update patient records accordingly.
Facilitate training and mentoring for junior surgical staff.
Assist in the development of clinical pathways and care protocols.
Provide advice on non-operative management of injuries when appropriate.
Implement quality improvement initiatives within the surgical department.
Requirements
Education
MBBS/BDS or relevant medical qualifications
Specialisation in Orthopedics is preferred
Experience
5+ years of experience in orthopedic surgery
