Orthopedic Surgeon

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Orthopedic Surgeon to join our dedicated medical team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performing complex surgical procedures and a commitment to providing excellent patient care.

Responsibilities

• Lead surgical interventions and provide follow-up care.
• Assess and treat musculoskeletal disorders and injuries.
• Convene case discussions with interdisciplinary teams for optimal treatment plans.
• Document all surgical procedures and update patient records accordingly.
• Facilitate training and mentoring for junior surgical staff.
• Assist in the development of clinical pathways and care protocols.
• Provide advice on non-operative management of injuries when appropriate.
• Implement quality improvement initiatives within the surgical department.

Requirements

Education

• MBBS/BDS or relevant medical qualifications
• Specialisation in Orthopedics is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in orthopedic surgery

Certifications

• Relevant national certifications in Orthopedic Surgery

Languages

• English: Fluent
