Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Trial Specialist to manage and oversee clinical trials from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of clinical protocols and regulatory requirements, ensuring the highest quality of data and compliance with ethical standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the preparation and review of clinical trial documentation.
  • Ensure timely communication of trial progress to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate investigator meetings and training sessions.
  • Monitor patient recruitment and retention strategies.
  • Implement quality assurance processes to enhance trial quality.
  • Assist in data analysis and report writing for clinical study findings.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Master's degree in Clinical Research is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in clinical trials and research methodologies
