Job Description

As a Mold Builder, you will play a crucial role in constructing and repairing molds for our plastic injection molding machines. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in mold building and a keen eye for detail, ensuring the production of high-quality plastic products.

Responsibilities

• Design and fabricate molds that meet production specifications.
• Maintain molds to ensure durability and longevity.
• Provide support to production supervisors in troubleshooting and repairing molds.
• Participate in maintenance and upkeep of mold-making equipment.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Relevant NVQ or other vocational qualifications

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in mold building and repair

Technical Skills

• Injection Molding Knowledge
• Material Selection

Soft Skills

• Analytical Thinking
• Communication

Certifications

• ISO 9001 Quality Management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of Plastic Materials: Familiarity with various plastic materials used in the injection molding process.
