Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Adhesive Bonding Machine Operator to join our dedicated production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining adhesive bonding machinery, ensuring high-quality production of spools for various industrial applications.

Responsibilities

  • Setup and calibrate bonding machines for efficient production.
  • Follow production schedules and maintain workflow to meet deadlines.
  • Conduct tests on finished spools for quality assurance.
  • Document production data and maintain compliance with quality standards.
  • Assist in troubleshooting machine malfunctions and perform minor repairs.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss production targets and challenges.
  • Support health and safety audits and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Assist in the labelling and packaging of finished products.
  • Stay updated with operating procedures and safety protocols.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance operational success.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Apprenticeship or vocational training in a related field is advantageous
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Spool Maker or in a similar role

Advantageous
