Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled Molding, Coremaking, and Casting Machine Setter, Operator, or Tender to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and tending to machines that mold and cast metal and plastic products, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Setup and calibrate machines according to production requirements.
• Monitor production processes and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Inspect raw materials and finished products for quality assurance.
• Document production data and ensure proper reporting of machine issues.
• Work collaboratively with engineers to enhance production techniques.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production methods.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the workplace.
• Maintain detailed records of all procedures and processes performed.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team for machine servicing and repairs.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications required, but relevant experience is essential.

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in metal fabrication or related industry.
