Winding Inspector

Job Description

As a Winding Inspector, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and integrity of our electrical coils and windings. Your keen eye for detail and understanding of electrical components will ensure that our products meet rigorous safety and quality standards. You will be responsible for both visual and mechanical inspections, following protocols meticulously to identify and report any discrepancies in the winding processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of winding components to detect defects.
• Ensure adherence to testing protocols and standards.
• Document results and identify trends in inspection data.
• Provide feedback to production teams about quality issues.
• Support the development of training for new staff on quality standards.
• Assist in the implementation of improvement initiatives for inspection processes.

Requirements

Education

• A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred
• Relevant experience will also be considered

Experience

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided.

Languages

• English: Fluent
